I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and patio door they supplied and installed. They installed a patio door and 4 windows. The team was very respectful, efficient & thorough. I am more than happy to recommend them.
In dealing with House Smart, I found them to be very professional and courteous. The furnace was very well installed and I would highly recommend House smart. I will certainly contact them for any future work.
After getting three quotes to replace our old basement windows, we went with HouseSmart, based on quality of product, reputation and price. The installers were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and were pleasant to deal with. They made sure that we knew exactly what was going to be done and that we were happy with the finished product. They even followed up with us the following day. We would use HouseSmart's services again and would recommend this company.
Warning. Terrible experience with the glass warranty. Waited over 12 months and the replacement is fogged up and scratched. Customer service is useless especially Brian. If you like clear windows to be proud of stay away from this company.
