I asked the employee what roast level the coffee bean bags for sale were and he told me they were all medium. Not true at all. His answer seemed weird so I researched them later and they definitely vary from light to dark but they're not labeled on the bags or on the website.

Matcha latte had a dull color (tasted mostly milk, great if you just want a hint of matcha). Not the bright green advertise on their social media which made me so sad about it. The matcha is pre-batched which isn't always a bad thing just not my preference, a freshly whisked matcha brings out the matcha better imo. They serve Rockys matcha which gave me high expectations! Their ratios unfortunately dont highlight the quality of the matcha. The preparation for the latte, unfortunately was not up to par.

Absolutely love this place the only downside or the huge lines. but that’s actually a really good thing.

Top-rate coffee and helpful staff. A bit short on choices during my visit, temporary thing I think. Excellent balance in the coffee flavor; clear dedication to brewing and espresso making. Baked goods looked awesome - will try next time for sure. Really seems geared to takeout though - would be nice to see more comfortable seating options, minor issue at most.
