didn't even use him. not his fault. just got caught up with another planner. he still helped me out. when no one else would. get guy. really wish i had used them
House Plans by Bonnie is a five star company. Bonnie has been in business in the Jacksonville area for approximately 25+ yrs. She has done right by everyone who has ever done business with her. Sean Curry (below) was fired from the company and rightfully so. Michelle, all I can say to you is, if you were not satisfied with something you should have consulted Bonnie further (after using one of her designs) and she would have made it right.
So many floor plans to choose from! Versatility is great!
If I could give less than 1 star I completely would. We did a house plan off of her website per recommendation of our builder. Wasn't until the building process was started did we realize the lady made an error in her website and made the middle bedroom larger than what it was. When the actual and were delivered she had shortened the bedroom by 2 feet in width.
