Went to Texas on Vacation. Bought a bike while i was there. House of tandems picked up the bike, Made repairs on bike than shipped it to mass, where i live.I would reccomend them to anybody for all your bike needs, Very happy with them Carmine from Massachusetts,
Ric and Marcia are just great to work with! Just upgraded our Comotion to eTap. Ric is truly "The Tandem Whisperer". He caught several issues with my initial build and helped get our eTap working flawlessly. 5 Stars all the way!
Great people great service and very knowledgeable
Ric and Marcia are amazing people first and foremost. They care about people, and they care about cycling. Working with them reminds me what I love about this sport/hobby. Ric is an excellent bike mechanic/builder and his work can be trusted. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in any product they carry or support.
Rich thank you for all you have done for Jack and getting his bike to fit! We went out on our first ride this morning and he LOVES it! Your persistent troubleshooting/creativity paid off! Thanks again, Jacque and Chip PS Jack has CP and We bought a bike from out of town. It has custom handlebars, foot straps, etc. Ric put it together. It didn’t fit Jack. Ric has modified it for Jack and will allow him to grow into it!
These people know tandems. If you are thinking about a tandem, or wanting to do something really special to your high end tandem, they can help. They will take the time to get to know you and help you find the bike and system that is right for you. And if you really get into tandem riding, or traveling with a tandem like we have, they got all the cool stuff.
Ric and Marcia recently provided support and expertise on the Georgia Tandem Rally, May 2017. This was our third year attending the rally and each year, they have assisted us. Ric is a "Tandem Whisperer" with extremely in-depth knowledge of the unique workings of tandem bicycles. This year we had a cable replacement and a tune. Our bike never shifted as well as when Ric was through with it. We highly recommend!
