WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I could not even go past the phone call, was given attitude from the get go, the person on the phone sound like I was disturbing her when she was the one returning my call, and she hang up on me, said she did not feel comfortable making the appointment, and just hang up!!!! This is so blatantly unprofessional. Unbelievable! Stay away from this negative energy.
Worst customer service ever!! From the first phone call to the actual visit. Extremely rude and unprofessional! Plus didn't answer the door and had me standing outside. Blamed it on a homeless shelter nearby. Then refused to give me a massage!! Said she didn't like my energy. Incredible!! (In my opinion, the massage was refused because i looked like an undercover police officer. Wonder what's really going on inside there??)
Lovely service; left feeling as if on air! The pressure was great, the atmosphere was on point, and I'd recommend this to anyone in need of massage therapy.
