I ordered parts for my sewing machine, was told it would be 3-4 days to receive them,it took a month and was not called when they came in. The part is an cheaply made Chinese knock off,had nothing but trouble out of it

Everyone here is wonderful! I bought a machine from here for my wife after we had our first son. Lessons were included, but she was so busy with the baby she didn't have time to really use it for over a year. When she got ready to use it again Sarah did more classes with her at no extra charge! Anytime my wife needs help figuring out what materials need to be used to embroider something or how to do a specific project on her machine they are just a phone call or visit away! Highly recommend this place!

Thank you!!

I just completed Embroidery 101 and Machine Applique classes with Sarah and Amy today! These ladies were great. I had no experience and came home with two projects that I'm quite proud of. The classes were "FUN!" The instructions were on point. The day was a fun day. I can't wait for another opportunity to go back!

Business response:

Susan we had just as much fun as you :) thank you for the amazing review!

Sarah and Amy are the greatest!! Sarah has gone out of her way to teach me everything I know about embroidering and appliquéing. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for any sewing machine and/or embroidering machine. You won't go wrong here!! Thanks ladies!!!

Business response:

Thanks so much, Norman Jean! It's our pleasure! We love to make our customers happy and help them to use their machines to the utmost potential. And you are doing so well. Keep up the good work!
