Always such a pleasure to deal with. Im from Melbourne and my partner is there so i always make phone orders. Helen makes this process so easy and seamless. Being a guy i have no idea what to get, she always asks me the right questions as in what colours, what size, how much, what style box or bouquet. EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS. I phoned and spoke with Helen and ordered some flowers to be sent to my mum on the anniversary of dad's passing. Helen was very helpful and suggested the perfect arrangement. Helen even remembered my mum and remembered mum's address from other flower arrangements she had delivered to her before. I felt my mum would get the loveliest surprise and the special treatment that she deserved. My mum took this photo and said they were the most beautiful flowers she has ever received Thanks Helen!
Be careful when ordering from this florist. They delivered my Easter gift from my son and left them in the sun to melt. Could not be bothered ringing the bell. Flowers were half dead, chocolates were melted when found next day. Visited the florist to complain and she could not care less as she had her money. I have told my son never to use this florist again.
The florist was amazing so accommodating to my needs willing to even deliver an item not in her shop as well as a beautiful bunch of flowers thanks. Oh my wife loved the delivery thankyou
