Recommended5 Stars Hats off to Korkut and Sarp for the attention to details and outstanding service given us during our remodeling project. Even though it was a very challenging installation Korkut was able to calculate everything with a precise accuracy. Thank you so much to House of Stone for the help in making our house beautiful. 1 star is being nice. Horrible customer service. Lady at the phone will say anything to keep disgruntled customers happy. The whole process should have taken 4 weeks tops. We were left without a functioning kitchen for 2 months while we waited for this company to get their crap together. They over book and then lie about why they didn't show up(no phone call either) to 2 install appointments. We had a terrible experience with House of Stone. Their customer service was lacking and we had a difficult time getting things scheduled with them. This all could have been overlooked if we were happy with the finished product. Unfortunately, the installers were uninterested in our directions and drilled our faucet holes in the wrong place. Now I have to live with an off center faucet forever.
The customer service is unmatched! The lovely ladies in the office were knowledgeable, personable, and timely! I'm very pregnant and they always asked how I was feeling and made sure I had nothing to stress about. The turn around from measurement to install was less than 2 weeks! They kept in communication with me at all points of the process. The install crew was equally as awesome! Great to work with up front, but once installed worst customer service on the back end! Not very recommended! Shop around for sure. Ask your remodeler for suggestions before you make that important decision.
