I had a very disappointing experience with the barber “Kev” that completely disrupted my son’s important day. I called the shop in advance to secure an early appointment for my son’s freshman high school orientation, making it clear we needed to be in and out promptly since we were traveling 45 minutes to get there and he had classes in the city off South Wabash.
