Lauren has been poking me for a couple of years now. Not like poking the bear, but in a good way. She has treated me for pain, grief, plantar fasciitis, overactive bladder, hideous hamstring injuries, fatigue, you name it. Yes, I’m a mess. But who isn’t? Loren was recommended by several people last year, I have been receiving treatments of acupuncture, cupping and gua sha for two separate areas. She is very knowledge on the body anatomy, I highly recommend Loren and her practice

It’s early days in my treatment with Lauren but I’ve already seen improvement in my overall health! She has excellent communication skills and a calming demeanor, making for a positive and educational experience when we meet.
