This place always provides exceptional service! A special shoutout to Paloma, who is truly the kindest and made my experience amazing. She gave me one of the best facials I’ve ever had and provided the best recommendations out of all the places I’ve been to. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend booking with Paloma! This place is a 10/10, and I will definitely be back!
Came here for a custom facial, and it was everything my skin needed! Paloma is so knowledgeable, and the massage throughout the facial was amazing. I left with my skin looking the best it has in so long. Such a great experience, highly recommend!.

Paloma at house of preservation is amazing. She took the time to really analyze my skin and created a custom facial that felt thoughtful and effective. My skin felt refreshed, rejuvenated, and noticeably glowing after each visit. I also loved the little details like aromatherapy, a heated bed, and a weighted blanket which made the experience extra relaxing. You can truly tell how much care and intention Paloma puts into her work. Highly recommend if you're in Dallas area.
Likes: 1. Kelly Snow was the best and why I kept coming back before she left. She is talented, professional and sweet. 2. Interior design with muted tones that is both soothing and stylish. Dislikes: 1. Lip flip with a major bruise. 2. “I love that for you” from Caitlyn at the front desk. Cringe… All in all, I’d go back if there were some staff updates.
