I got acute and style from Lena and I absolutely loved it!! Not only did she do amazing work, she was also great conversation. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Lena’s been doing my hair for 2 years now. She eased me into a full blonde and I would never go back. When she cuts my hair, it perfectly frames my face. The color I get is exactly what I want. More importantly, I feel completely comfortable when I’m there. I get pampered and with COVID-19 they have made things so safe. I’ve recommended several friends to the salon. I recently moved for work and now drive 2 hours to continue getting my cut and colored from Lena.
This is what the "stylist", Lena, did to my daughter's hair today two days prior to her trip and then refused to fix it telling to come back in a couple of days. She was "running out of time". Her hair feels like a haystack, and now she is home fixing the fiasco. And NO, she did not pay for this incompetence.
Seriously we LOVE the House of POp!! They have been amazing with handling COVID, the measures they’re taking to ensure everyone is safe, and still making it a comfortable place to be 🥰 Nick, thank you so much for just being freaking awesome at what you do!! I love my hair every single time I come in and when I leave, I can’t wait to come back! Great job you guys ⭐️❤️🔥👏🤩👍
Kat is the absolute best! She always takes the time to check in with me and listen when we first start our appointments. Even when I'm not sure what I'm wanting, she will keep talking with me and giving me options until we figure something out! She is also just a great person to chat with while she is working? I've been seeing Kat close to two years now! I love my hair from our latest appointment so much! Thanks for being so awesome Kat!

House of POp is always the best! Douglas pays such close attention to my hair goals, where I am and where we are going, and making sure that I have the most flattering cut. I had to go 5 months without a cut due to Covid and I was still getting compliments the day before a new haircut!
