Paid $120 for a large arrangement to be delivered to a close friend. Flowers arrived in a cheap plastic wrap like it was from the grocery store instead of in a vase as intended. I live across the country so thought about letting it go but it bothered me that I paid so much when I didn’t get what I asked for. I called to confirm that it should have had the vase with it, but was only offered $10 refund since that’s “how much the vase cost”. House of Petals 127 provided exceptional service for floral arrangements for a memorial. They were professional, compassionate, and incredibly easy to work with during a difficult time. House of Petals 127 created all the floral arrangements for our summer wedding, and every piece was absolutely beautiful. They crafted 20 centerpieces, a sweetheart table arrangement, eight bridesmaids’ bouquets, my bridal bouquet, and several boutonnieres and corsages.
