I cannot thank House of Petals enough for their kindness and generosity during such a difficult time for my family. While preparing for my grandmother’s funeral, the owner was kind enough to provide the ribbons for her wreath completely free of charge. Paid $120 for a large arrangement to be delivered to a close friend. Flowers arrived in a cheap plastic wrap like it was from the grocery store instead of in a vase as intended. I live across the country so thought about letting it go but it bothered me that I paid so much when I didn’t get what I asked for. I called to confirm that it should have had the vase with it, but was only offered $10 refund since that’s “how much the vase cost”.
