This place is permanently closed
I am very disappointed in this place!! I have called several times a day over 4 for 2 days straight and never get a single answer. So I drove by both days and they are always closed. I wanted to make an apt. I shouldn't have to leave a voice mail to make an apt. I'll take my dog elsewhere.

They did an awesome job on my dog and cat a while ago. The environment was clean, friendly and relaxing. **BUT** as of lately no one's been answering the phone. It's nearly impossible to make an appointment if you can't call one in and I leave voicemails but they never get returned. I'm not sure what's going on. I'd hate to drive 45 minutes there and be told that they dont have any openings. Hopefully this issue gets fixed. Until then, I don't have much of a choice but to go elsewhere.
