I started going in my final month of pregnancy because my body hurt and felt incredibly weak from all the hormonal changes. Coach Whitehead knows the perfect balance for how much and which types of exercise I needed. He guides and directs his clients based on our needs rather than the same workout for everyone. His prices are the best I've seen, and he has such a positive personality and outlook.
