Contacted them at the beginning of the month for today, 3/24. Guy on facebook messanger says he can work me on at 1. Show up at 1 and no one is there. Called the number on the door to see what's going on and I'm told that I shouldn't have been scheduled. Guy says he can be in to the shop on 5, 10, or 20 mins... okay, so I ask what time and he hangs up. I know tattoo shops aren't known for their amazing customer service but this is ridiculous.

Only place in town I trust for piercings and tattoos. Very professional and clean, highly recommend House Of Pain to anyone looking for new ink or piercings!
