My first time here and it was amazing. Apres nail extensions and spa pedi. Natty is so welcoming and is always by her girls side assisting or giving style suggestions. The techs we had were awesome and my style came out perfect. Going back this week.
The salon has a new management system that keeps everything running smoothly and well. I have been here since 2022 and only seen great improvements. Since 2022, I have came here for pedicures and to the Ozone Park studio for my manicures- they do an incredible job. (Sammy and Angelica are my go to) My only issue used to be the time management but with the new staffing, everything is situating nicely. I've been going to HON regularly for over 6 years and they never miss. I come in for monthly-ish nail art and pedicures, and whether I want something simple or something really intricate, their team always delivers. Angelica is my nail artist, but Janneth, Delia, Rosa, and even Natty (the owner) herself have all done my nails at various points and each of them is talented, thorough, and genuinely detail-oriented (but you'd be in great hands with anyone on their team).
