Best pedicure and manicure experience and done flawlessly
They need to be more available when answering calls. They don’t answer calls and it’s frustrating when trying to get my nails done.. I’ll probably go somewhere where they actually respond.
THEY DONT ANSWER CALLS or get back to you if you leave a voicemail or make an online inquiry. This is very unprofessional. I called different times and left two voicemails with clear instructions on what I wanted, stating my availability, my name and call back number. I also tried twice online and put in all my info to request an appt (which said someone would get back to me). NOTHING. Finally I drove there and had to knock on the door. The best nail salon in New Jersey. They have the most choice of colors I have ever seen! Owner is a doll. Spa pedicure is amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
