I’m honestly so upset. I’ve been here two other times and have had a wonderful experience.. so this Is very disappointing. I went in because I was recommended that the dip was stronger and would last longer so it was my first time trying it.. She did a great job at first and then I ‘complained’ about two small areas on two fingers.. probably a simple fix… and then she filed down every single nail again, took off what she had already finished and started over and gave me these giant block finger looking things.. Absolutely LOVE their services! The people there are extremely sweet and amazing at what they do. Their prices are perfect with what treatment you get compared to other nail businesses. Their extremely polite and respectful, always saying please and being as nice as possible, I would 100% recommend and LOVE to go again
