Demanded a tip after payment which I kindly declined which caused them to react aggressively towards me and told me to never return again! After being a client for almost a year this is how I was treated! Not only did they demand 1 nail tech a tip, I was asked to tip to all the techs I was moved to! Crazy I won’t be going back of course but definitely have to watch who I spend my money with..

Since moving to Williamsburg, it's been a great experience getting my hands done here as a regular. Especially from Jenny & the lady that does my prep. They do such a great job & make my nails last. Take their time and very professional about it. If you do not have an appointment and it's busy, you will be asked to return. But it's always worth the wait! Now I am skeptical about their gel pedicures sometimes because one nail does end up breaking in my case. But overall great work, prices, and service packages.
