Poor customer service I have been buying products from House of Lumber for over 5 years and just recently i asked to exchange some crown moldings for another type. Doris was helping me that day and she became very rude and refused to exchange it. I am very surprised and disappointed in Doris let alone House of Lumber that they have poor customer service and refuse to keep their customers happy.
