New name but same place – There should be a negative star for stores with this service. It is now wonder they changed the name trying to get customers. The place does not go out of their way to help. I was showed some books to look for a bath fixture I needed. I was then ignored as the sales seemed to be more concerned with a personal phone call that helping a customer find a light. No name change can fool anyone that these are the same people. I agree with rduprofessiional!

not impressed even more than the other review – I went in looking for a special connector. This place is the old House of Lights but now Carolina Light Design. First they told me their manufacturer was not compatible. Rather then leave, I asked if they could just give me a quote on replacing the whole light. They told me that I was welcome to look through all their books. I told them to forget about it. I went on the internet and purchased my part. I would never ever purchase from these people. not impressed – I gave a 1 star rating only because a zero or a negative number was not an option. I went shopping the past week looking for lights to replace 14 lights and 5 ceiling fans. I was in the store looking for 45 minutes and was not acknowledged by anyone. As I made my way to the door and had my hand on the doorknob to let myself out, some sales jerk came rushing over to ask if he could help me. I said no thanks I found the door.
