I had my first highlight appointment with Adlai at House of Lange, and I am honestly in love with how my hair turned out. Hi @houseoflange I believe it is important to make this public because this wasn’t a minor misunderstanding, it was unacceptable. The client had previously met with Emily Rose a couple of weeks ago for a consultation and loved her. She wasn’t able to book at that time because of a business trip. By chance, she was back in Irvine Spectrum and stopped by your salon to ask a quick two-minute question, simply to confirm how long the service they had discussed would take, so she could book an appointment at the front desk. Phenomenal! I had such specific requests and Emily was absolutely up for it, even if it was slightly inconvenient for her. I adore how the haircut turned out and she even styled it nicely for the event I’m going to tonight. And I’m not someone who knows how to style hair, but Emily showed me a way to style and I appreciate it greatly.
