Love this store!!! Thank you Michael for the amazing customer service. I leaned more about cooking knives that I ever thought possible. Never realized there was such a difference between German and Japanese blades and steel. Michael’s approach was no pressure sales and more about teaching and informing. I will be back to add to my collection in the fall.
Went in as the stereotypical girl, not knowing what kind of knife/apparatus to buy my husband for Father's Day/his upcoming birthday. Michael was extremely helpful, showing me various knives and tools within my budget for purchasing the exact gift. Excellent customer service!!!
Fantastic service and great selection. Michael was able to sharpen my EDC knives quickly and more importantly they were sharpened perfectly. Will be the only spot I get my knives sharpened.

I have to give michael at the coquitlam location a call out as this man went above and beyond to help me. I purchased a shave kit at the langley location for my boyfriend and the young lady made a error and I had no blades I called and they said I could come back but it's a bit out of my way and I was in coquitlam so popped by to see if they would help and michael was so kind funny and went above and beyond to help me and replace the missing item. Thank you again
