Brought two knives in to have them sharpened was told when they would be ready for pickup took longer than I was told which isnt the end of the end of the world but one of the knifes might actually be duller than it was before I brought it in and that is the last knife I'll ever have sharpened at house of knives. Not worth the my time to go and complain considering this is the second time I've had issues.
Purchased a para 3 for 250$ approx and within under a month the clip fell apart despite treating it with ultra care. Approached house of knives and they asked me to contact Spyderco . They weren’t very helpful to me despite me buying many items from them like leather man, Secrid, victorinox etc. I’ve been a long term customer since 5 years with them, (Coquitlam branch mainly ) I’ve noticed they are very eager to sell u a product but when it comes to an issue which happened in a few weeks of purchase they didn’t help me much.
Today we had an amazing customer service experience with Logan. Very knowledgeable and patient , friendly service ! We were throughly impressed with him. This location will be our go to from now on because of Logan . Great job !

I'm trying to write a review today but I don't hesitate. I have often visited this store to sharpen the knife. Every time I visited, 'Liang" always explained in detail. I want to call her an angel. When I visited last she helped me very kindly with a beautiful smile. Owner would be grateful to give her an incentive and promotion. Thanks a lot.
