Logan did an amazing job in helping me for advice and giving clear instructions. He was very enthusiastic and professional. I received his wonderful customer customer service while the another associate did not. He was very knowledgeable about his job make solution more practical and highly efficient for both customer and the store. He was very careful to verify and double check all information before processing. He deserve a better promotion. And House of Knife definitely needs more staffs like him.
Bought a knife sharpener but had my doubts in the beginning. Donna showed me how it works and took the time to assess what I really needed. She is such a sweetheart and deserves the praise of what a true customer service is. I left the store feeling satisfied and happy with my purchase regardless that I have never used the product.
Ask for Liang. I thought she owned the place, She was super helpful and beyond knowledgeable. She deserves a raise!!! Overall a very pleasant experience
She was extremely friendly and patient...made a huge effort to find the specific knife I was wanting, plus gave me nice suggestions with the knife as well! I'll definitely come back!
