I'm trying to write a review today but I don't hesitate. I have often visited this store to sharpen the knife. Every time I visited, 'Liang" always explained in detail. I want to call her an angel. When I visited last she helped me very kindly with a beautiful smile. Owner would be grateful to give her an incentive and promotion. Thanks a lot.
Love this store!!! Thank you Michael for the amazing customer service. I leaned more about cooking knives that I ever thought possible. Never realized there was such a difference between German and Japanese blades and steel. Michael’s approach was no pressure sales and more about teaching and informing. I will be back to add to my collection in the fall.
Went in as the stereotypical girl, not knowing what kind of knife/apparatus to buy my husband for Father's Day/his upcoming birthday. Michael was extremely helpful, showing me various knives and tools within my budget for purchasing the exact gift. Excellent customer service!!!
Fantastic service and great selection. Michael was able to sharpen my EDC knives quickly and more importantly they were sharpened perfectly. Will be the only spot I get my knives sharpened.
