I bought a set of Arne Vodder dining chairs, leather and teak - HOH had redone them and they were like new. I paid, Covid happened and requested a refund 3 weeks later - the chairs had still not been shipped and this is within the timeline allowed by federal law. I was told "They'll be shipped this Friday and I won't refund your money." They weren't shipped that Friday, that was in March.
