Edit: been coming here for YEARS and I do love them but lately, idk :/ just spent $40 on a color change and reshaping-$40!? A tad bit ridiculous imo and my nails aren’t even perfect? Even after pointing out the issue with one and every time I request a certain person, I never get them, EVER so making an appt is pointless smh might be time to find somewhere new for me! Always amazing! Love Ken and Vivian!
Super disappointed in their customer service. I went in for a pedicure they walked me back and had me sit down with feet in water. 5 minutes later the lady came over to notify me her appointment just showed up late and she could no longer take me.
