Very pleased with the service. Sales person was very quick with getting me the estimate. He kept me updated with the process. An electric furnace was a temporary heater for my home. Installation was fantastic. My questions were answered with much patience. I recommend House of Heating!

I had house of heating help me trouble shoot my furnace breaking. I didn’t have money to call them out or just buy new parts to diagnose it. They were extremely helpful from them answering my goofy questions to explaining things to me very well. And talking me through things. They didnt get annoyed or anything. The people at the front desk to the service techs helped me out a ton. They even tested one of my furnace parts I brought in to see if that was the problem. I have had multiple interactions with house of heating. All have been VERY positive! From the staff answering calls, to the service staff showing up promptly and performing the work. I've had them recharge 2 different AC units, adjust fan speeds, and install a gas fitting for a garage heater on the house (connected to meter side). Every time they have completed the work as asked/needed. I have even had an on call situation arise and they were able to assist and get our AC back to working! Thank you House of Heating for replacing our furnace ASAP after our carbon monoxide detectors detected a leak and the fire department came out to confirm. It was such a scary situation and I cannot thank you enough for detecting the cause and replacing the furnace causing a situation that could have turned out much worse. Not only did they do a great job like always, they went the extra mile to make their “supervisor” a house fort with the leftover box the furnace came in.
