I had booked an appointment for ear wax removal, but my ears turned out to be clean, no treatment was needed. James offered a free hearing test, which was much appreciated. Overall, a great experience and I’d highly recommend.
Excellent rehab centre, staffs are very professional and friendly, the area is clean and tidy.
Excellent customer service
Booking an appointment was quick and easy. I did it online. When I went in for the appointment, the receptionist did not look up or say anything to me at first. I was seen by Legina who was great. She was able to take a look at my ears (even showed me what it looked like!) and clean everything out. When I left the room, the receptionist was sleeping. She woke up when I had to pay. Experience was mixed. Makes me hesitant about recommending this clinic to my friends and family.
Went in for removal of ear wax and met very polite personell managing the place! Kind, articulate and willing to answer and address any and all questions and concerns! In my opinion, many of our government offices need to cultivate that culture! In a nutshell, Connect Hearing knocked my socks off! In closing, the 'taste' of the noise lies in hearing it... and so only time will tell if Ms. Legina restored hearing in my 81 years old ear! God bless.
