Great experience, clean also the audiologist was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Explained that I was on the border of mild hearing loss. Didn’t try to push me towards getting unnecessary devices. All in all very pleased with the experience
I had booked an appointment for ear wax removal, but my ears turned out to be clean, no treatment was needed. James offered a free hearing test, which was much appreciated. Overall, a great experience and I’d highly recommend.
Excellent rehab centre, staffs are very professional and friendly, the area is clean and tidy.
Excellent customer service
Booking an appointment was quick and easy. I did it online. When I went in for the appointment, the receptionist did not look up or say anything to me at first. I was seen by Legina who was great. She was able to take a look at my ears (even showed me what it looked like!) and clean everything out. When I left the room, the receptionist was sleeping. She woke up when I had to pay. Experience was mixed. Makes me hesitant about recommending this clinic to my friends and family.
