Excellent customer service
Booking an appointment was quick and easy. I did it online. When I went in for the appointment, the receptionist did not look up or say anything to me at first. I was seen by Legina who was great. She was able to take a look at my ears (even showed me what it looked like!) and clean everything out. When I left the room, the receptionist was sleeping. She woke up when I had to pay. Experience was mixed. Makes me hesitant about recommending this clinic to my friends and family.
Went in for removal of ear wax and met very polite personell managing the place! Kind, articulate and willing to answer and address any and all questions and concerns! In my opinion, many of our government offices need to cultivate that culture! In a nutshell, Connect Hearing knocked my socks off! In closing, the 'taste' of the noise lies in hearing it... and so only time will tell if Ms. Legina restored hearing in my 81 years old ear! God bless.
I can’t say enough at how amazing they have been. Legina has taken care of my father and his needs with the outmost respect, dignity and professionalism. I highly recommend them. Trish the receptionist has been fantastic and I truly appreciate all of the hard work and professionalism in which they conduct themselves with.
A Very Friendly Staff, I Came Here Last Wednesday August 14th , The Woman who cleaned my ear was very nice, Very knowledged and trained / professional to remove Ear Wax, She removed my Big Wax within not even 10 seconds but like a quick Pull Out And BOOM! I don't even feel anything stuck in my Ear No More !!! Id highly recommend anyone who has Ear Wax Issues, Come to this location and you will LOVE IT !!!!
