Going on 4 months after my hearing test and trial period with hearing aids, House of Hearing has not sent the claim to my insurance company. I won't do business with a clinic that does not process insurance claims in any sort of timely fashion. This is in spite of my 5 inquiries to them since the original service date.

The hugh amount of hearing aid providers and opinions was over whelming when I was looking to get some hearing aids. Luckily I found Roger at the House of Hearing. With Rogers experience, knowledge and personal touch, it was the first time I felt comfortable someone understood what I needed. I'm sure you will find your experience at the House of Hearing as great as I did. And the service after I bought my hearing aids has been excellent. Tim my audiologist was great, very thorough and professional.
Dawn took care of me today, with courtesy, and quick service. I was in and out and my left hearing aid was fixed and now functions fine. It’s good when people know what they are doing and are pleasant people with whom to associate.
