Chris and Jennifer are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job explaining everything. I received my Sound Gear custom hearing protection and couldn't be happier with how they work. My only regret is not getting them sooner! I highly recommend them.
If you saw my post about my ear pro going through a full cycle in the washing machine then listen to this. Last weekend I attended the berry's steel open in st George Utah. Chris Bain told me that the CEO of he company that manufactures then told Chris that they would like to take my ear pro and inspect them and repair anything that may be damaged free of charge. That is customer service in my book. I live my ear pro.
The time and patience Jennifer had with me while discussing my best options for hearing protection was first rate. I wasn't rushed and all concerns were addressed. I can't praise the service and quality of the product from House of Hearing enough.
