Schedule and billing has been a constant issue upon resuming services. While Nonnie is an excellent therapist the strategic growth of her company has lacked cohesive execution with regards to customer service. The in-take process has seriously diminished. I filled out the online inquiry form over a month ago but never received any follow-up regarding scheduling an appointment. Reaching out for therapy was a big step for me, especially after difficult experiences with therapy as a child. Receiving therapy at House of Healing has been utterly transformative in my life. Nonie is compassionate, insightful and genuinely gifted at what she does. In my experience, the therapy is very proactive with goals. The therapist truly listens and finds a way to guide perspective. This place is 'for patient' rather than the usual "for profit." 10/10 would recommend.
