Service was really spotty. One person working the bar and took a long time for her to take our money. Everything was in cash so just relied on us/her remembering what was ordered and doing mental math to keep track. My friend had to tell her she had not taken his money yet for his drink when he was closing out. There was another guy there doing stuff but told us he couldn't serve any drinks or cash us out, it was just the one person. This is a great gem of a bar that has a vintage feel with a lot of old decor. The only piece of technology is the clock and juke box. They even have an old lever push button cash register to go with their cash only policy. Bar tenders here are awesome. Very social and can tell you the story behind the owners and the snub to digital technology. Single pool table and modern juke box available. Good place to stroll in to, belly up to the bar and grab a cold one while you stroll through long beach.
