I recently received an absolutely awful haircut. I did not realize how bad it was until I left and I was too embarrassed to then say anything and did not trust coming back in to fix it. I was not given what I asked for and the end result was done so poorly, it was awful. I had it fixed somewhere else and the new stylist could not believe how choppy and uneven the layers were. The Stylist I had for years and absolutely loved had to sadly, retire. I didn’t know who I was going to find that would do my hair the way she did. I was blessed to be told about Rachel at House of Hair 280! Rachel took my appointment the day I called. She has such a delightful and kind personality. I felt at home from the moment I walked in until I left. I knew right away, I had found a new Stylist. Rachel know’s HAIR!! She is professional and work’s with you to get the result you desire! I highly recommend her!!

I had a 10:15 appointment. I walked in about 10:10. I was never acknowledged by either of the two hairstylists. At 10:25 I asked to make sure I was in the right place. The owner told me “I am working on this lady right now.” Ok cool I can see that. All good. Just let me know that you know you’re ten mins behind and you will get to me. That’s no problem at all. I simply wanted to be acknowledged. This place is convenient but I will never return, and honestly it hurt my feelings. Not used to being treated like this.
