I had glass replaced in a frame. The frame was bowed and no longer fit the glass when I received it. I attempted to install the glass but it would not fit. I had to return to have the frame corrected. I was told they would have it ready the same day. I received a call at 4:57PM, they close at 5:00 PM, letting me know the frame was fixed. They offered to have a manager stay late but I already had a commitment and could not pick it up after hours. I arrived the following day to pick up the glass. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a vendor. The owner came out to help with a shower glass door that was falling off of the hinge due to being too heavy. He measured and we talked about getting a new hinge since it was compromised by the initial door hanging off of it. They indicated it would be two weeks. 3.5 months later they finally came to install the lighter shower door, with my old hinges and proceeded to tell me that they cut the new door to the old hinges but my stationary glass wasn’t cut for the origi... read more
Matt was great. I ordered a shower enclosure from Home Depot which was supposedly supposed to fit my enclosure. No way did it ever fit? I’m a contractor my measurements were on but it still did not fit. Contacted Matt at House Of Glass. He promptly sent one of his guys out and they took care of it sealed the shower cut the glass to fit doors open and close seals perfect Highly recommend House Of Glass for any. Of your glass needs call and ask for Matt
Called and asked them to come out to fix seal around door. They said they would call me to schedule. Call never came. I called back a few times and got the run around. I also emailed many times but they just ignored me. Use at your own risk. They will not fix a poorly installed shower door
They were so helpful, professional, and quick. I knew it would be a really difficult cut, but I asked if they would try to notch out a corner of a mirror I had purchased from a salvage shop. They not only made the cut, it looked great! House of Glass has a wonderful, and highly skilled, team.
