The worst customer service. There was an issue with my daughter arriving on time. We all have bad days. They said she was more than 15 minutes late so they charged her the entire $120 for a service she did not receive and wouldn't even consider rescheduling her for another day and just charging a late fee. I spoke to the manager, who was nasty from the start. She kept saying WE used Allison, a person who used to work there as if we couldn't go back to House of Glam for any other services. I recently visited House of Glam for a Signature Facial with Jordan, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Jordan was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The facial left my skin feeling refreshed, glowing, and so smooth. Have to update this review…. as you could see by their response, there was no accountability… Their go-to response is you signed a ton of papers and the information was in there… That well may be true. I was asked to sign 10 pages when I walked in the door while the technician was ushering me in to start my appointment… I thought I could trust what was coming out of the technicians mouth. apparently I needed to read the fine print… That’s what I get for being nice.
