Jeff, Gloria, and their family were amazing in helping me navigate the experience of buying an engagement ring. I came to them with a design in mind, but we had to make a few changes along the way. Jeff was very accommodating and patient, and very responsive as most of our communication was via text message. He ultimately presented me with a beautiful ring within my budget. Seamless experience. Highly recommend.

House of gems is the best. When it comes to your fine jewelry needs! Jeff is amazing to work with and their hospitality is top notch. They have a beautiful assortment of jewelry and can make custom pieces for you. I made a custom ring with a diamond made of my mother’s ashes and I could not be more happy the way it turned out. We will always come back to them.

We had an amazing experience with Jeff and his family . My fiance bought my engagement ring there, and we just bought our wedding bands! I wanted a morganite stone for my engagement ring, and he did a beautiful job with it. The rings are beautiful and are of good quality. Great service. The whole experience felt very comfortable and personal. I would definitely go back!

Amazing service and experience with a great set of sapphire earrings to go with it. Jeff and his team are top notch. Right off the bat they were a helpful resource with great communication to help me refine the earrings I was looking for as a gift. They got the right sizing, metal, and design taken care of for me and was always transparent and fare about the pricing and timing. Turnaround took 24 hours, and my wife was over the moon happy. I’ll be working with them soon again.
