I have been a customer for over 35 years and I have bought many pieces from House of Gems over the years. I have known Jeff, the owner, and his workers for many years at this point. Every time I visit it is like seeing family, their service is amazing. All the jewelry I have bought over the years is high quality, elegant, and beautiful. I highly recommend this store for all your fine jewelry.
Very happy with my wedding band! Jeff made a custom eternity band for me and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. It matches my engagement ring perfectly. Communication was prompt and turnaround time was quick. They were very patient with us throughout the entire process.
Great experience working with Jeff - helped us pick a beautiful diamond and made the ring himself. Everything was smooth and made it really easy to get us the ring even though we lived across the country. Would highly recommend.
