My wife and I went in and right away we found something that we were very happy with. The young lady(Sara) that approached us to offer help did not pressure us at all, She made feel welcome and at ease. We've been back a few times since just to look around and ea. time its the same atmosphere. We will definitely be back,we really do enjoy our experiences there ea time we go.
We have ordered and paid for furniture but can’t seem to get any answers on when it will be here or where it is. They finally said they had it but then tried to give us damaged furniture Horrible customer service, rude and disrespectful !!! Will not be back here.

We purchased some furniture and waited three weeks and then called to see if it was in, was informed it hadn't even been shipped, waited an additional two weeks and some of the furniture was damaged when it was delivered, damaged furniture was then reordered and we had to wait another two weeks and were informed that one if the pieces had arrived damaged, manager did try to work with us and gave us a discount on the damaged furniture, just feel waiting a month and a half is too long to wait on furniture especially when we we... read more
This store will not honor a warranty.I think the Better Business Bureau would have something to say about this.Dont waist your time or money here this ain't nothing but cheap furniture.
