History Established in 1967. Started by Col. Harding in the downtown area of Harlingen after Hurricane Beulah. It was named the "House of Frames" because the showroom had ready manufactured frames on the walls from floor to ceiling. Now, more of our work is custom sized and built on location, with preservation and conservation being of top importance. Meet the Business Owner Peggy A. Business Owner Artist and lover of art, goats and down to earth living....empty-nester finally, mother of 6 grown up kids!
