Terrible bouquet. I specifically specified I did not want any sort of Christmas bouquet, I wanted a floral arrangement. My friend received pine cones, pine tree particles, and a few sad flowers I would consider fillers. I called and the owner said it was before Christmas and didn't have the inventory. Well, could have been mentor while on the phone and not just send off whatever not to lose a sale. Not happy at all.
