I had one of my best ever haircuts at House of Ernest. Katie B is a very skilled stylist and offered such warm and friendly service. From the offer of a drink to the shampoo, cut, blow-dry and straightening, I received the VIP treatment all the way through. Thoroughly recommend! 👍

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. Before the appointment, I clearly explained that I was growing out a pixie cut and wanted to keep as much length as possible so I could eventually achieve a bob. Despite this, my hair was cut much shorter than I requested, leaving me back with a very short style that will take a long time to grow out again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my hair appointment with Katie at House of Ernest this afternoon and she is truly incredible. She’s so talented, so helpful, and has this amazing ability to make me feel like a brand‑new person every time I leave the salon. Her attention to detail and the care she puts into her work always shine through. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!! Everyone there is so friendly and it’s such a delight to visit each time!!
I cannot recommend Meagan at House of Ernest highly enough. My hair has honestly never been in such amazing condition. When I first started seeing Meagan, my hair had so much breakage, with some pieces no longer than 2 cm. Since being in her care, it has grown so much !
