This was my first visit to House of Envy and from start to finish the experience was fantastic. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Bella's attention to detail with my nails was second to none - so precise and I love the colour. My hands have not looked this good in a long time! Amelia also did a brilliant job on my hair. Just had my hair cut and blowdried by the amazing Phoebe today and I’m obsessed! From the moment I walked in, Phoebe and the rest of the team were so welcoming — genuinely one of the nicest, funniest salons I’ve ever been to. We had such a laugh trying to come up with a name for my hair colour (it’s somewhere between auburn and strawberry blonde), and we settled on champagne rose — iconic, obviously. After calling in for a patch test last week I booked to have my eyebrows laminated today. Victoria was lovely, very chatty and smiley. I felt very relaxed and the process was quick, I couldn't get over how different they looked, but in a very good way. Fuller, darker (as she tinted) and more shapely. I love them. Not only that, whilst we were chatting about hair, I mentioned I'd been putting off getting layers but after Victoria checked that there was a stylist free, I had my haircut straight afterwards. I had such a welcoming experience. Phoebe was so patient with me and helped me feel at ease. Even though I only go once a year, the ladies who work here never cease to make me feel welcome and like a lifelong customer. Would definitely recommend!

My child is very nervous around adults and about getting her hair cut. As soon as my daughter was about to get in the chair she went into overstimulated meltdown, but phoebe, our stylist, exclamed they have a new quiet room. Once in there my daughter was able to calm down and have an enjoyable hair cut. They are always so patient with children and this new room is a game changer! Thank you and look forward to coming again
