I had a terrible experience in this salon, I asked to touch up the locks of my hair that were already at the ends the pearly blonde and at the root the natural colour, the person did a crap in my hair and it darkened and I had shown the photo from before how I wanted it to look, anyway, it was my first and last time. Totally unprepared, now I have to treat my hair because they still tried to fix the error by bleaching even more. I was super frustrated, I don't recommend this space to anyone.
I’ve been getting my lashes done for over 7 years now, and I can confidently say that House of Envy is one of the best in the game. The quality, attention to detail, and professionalism are always on point. My lashes not only look amazing but also last so well between infills. Recently I also had my hair done here and was just as impressed - such a beautiful finish, and I felt genuinely looked after from start to finish. This was my first visit to House of Envy and from start to finish the experience was fantastic. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Bella's attention to detail with my nails was second to none - so precise and I love the colour. My hands have not looked this good in a long time! Amelia also did a brilliant job on my hair. Always a pleasant experience at House of Envy. Wonderful customer service, and always a nice chat while my treatment is being done. I've never been disappointed having my lashes done. Vicky takes her time, ensures I'm comfortable, and is always gentle working around my eyes. The end result always looks amazing. Would highly recommend.
