Nano is unprofessional and untrustworthy. She told me one price over the phone and charged me another. She insisted on using products she liked which did not mesh with my hair type. When I called her to have a conversation about it after she gaslit me saying that’s what I wanted despite me having told her repeatedly and specifically what has worked for my hair in the past. I booked a hair cut with Nano,she did a great job with my hair cut and she styled it for me as well.she was very understanding and booked me in when no one is in the salon as I’m a hijabi.overall a very good experience and we had a nice chat while she worked her magic
Decided to try this salon. Had a cut with Nano. V disappointed. Inaccurate uneven cut. Didn’t wash my hair after the cut, just rinsed under the water. So all small hair were still getting on the face all day. Lovely lady. But mediocre skills. Do NOT recommend.
Came in to reduce the frizz in my hair and relax it with nanoplastia for my graduation. The atmosphere and stylists are nice (the only reason it's not 1 star) but ultimately I paid $250 to ruin my hair. I think the stylist's name for this procedure was Nano. I had long afro hair which I had grown out for 3 years.
