I had booked an appointment for my mother and Yvette falsely accused her of always being late(even though it was her first visit). She did apologize later as she mistook my mom for someone else. Was not a very pleasant experience for my mother and she does not want to go again. The service provided was also not very good and very unprofessional behavior. Will not recommend this place if this is how they treat customers.

Jerry is a really nice guy and great barber. He is good with my wavy hair, what is hard to find around here!

I used to go here and have always had a great experience but this time I booked an appointment at 11:30 and showed up at 11:30 and waited for these guys to open. Empty shop and open sign was off with the doors locked. Other people came by asking if it was open and they were confused as well. Ended up leaving at 11:50, overall a giant waste of time and I wont be coming back. If you cant service your customers for some reason, hang a sign up and let them know!
