Came here last Tuesday evening to pick up cupcakes for my daughter and her friends. I come to this place often and have never had a bad experience until recently. The employee had an attitude unprovoked. I tried telling her multiple times I wanted the vegan vanilla cupcake and she didn't seem to get it. She went back and forth with me insinuating that as the employee, she knows what's correct. Got a cupcake and a pretzel for a friend for their birthday (came out to $6~, including a cute little Happy Birthday pick that fit in the cupcake single container), store was cute and clean, came in around 7:30 and the employees were generally nice, albeit they looked tired, and I hope they're not too busy! I get that though. The cupcake seemed a little cold but I assumed thats just how they're kept! Lot of flavors and budget friendly options :>.
I went to pickup half dozen cupcakes tonight at around 830pm. My wife and I wanted to celebrate a personal milestone, with some delicious cupcakes. However upon entering store we were sourly greeted by an employee mopping floors. She proceeded passed us to assist with order. She put gloves on to place cupcakes in the box but immediately started with this dry cough without covering mouth each selection of cupcake picked.
