At a time that was especially demanding on me, I decided to use House of Couse as my agent for my Kansas home. My experience is that House of Couse made a big difference - in efficiency, analysis, and "checking all the boxes" needed for a sale and move. Seemingly small things that were done were, in fact, big things, like checking on the house while it was vacant. House of Couse heard me, too, and the particular needs and concerns I had. Were I to make a move back to Kansas I would engage them again.

Dan and Connie were so enjoyable to work with! They supported us on both the buying and selling side. They are incredibly knowledgeable, fun to be around and worked very hard to get our house listed and sold quickly, all while closing on a new house! They even provided recommendations on roofers, plumbers, locksmith, electricians, movers, etc. They made a stressful experience, feel doable. I cannot recommend them enough!
