Dan and Connie were so enjoyable to work with! They supported us on both the buying and selling side. They are incredibly knowledgeable, fun to be around and worked very hard to get our house listed and sold quickly, all while closing on a new house! They even provided recommendations on roofers, plumbers, locksmith, electricians, movers, etc. They made a stressful experience, feel doable. I cannot recommend them enough!

We have built six new houses and sold the first five ourselves. We interviewed three realtors, and House of Couse presented what seemed the best plan for actually selling the house. Dan and Connie made a couple of suggestions, and the first day on the market, we had two great offers. Taking car of the details made the sale both quick and easy for us. I cannot imagine a better partner for selling your home.
