i got a deva haircut for curly hair here at the beginning of january and i basically asked for more layers and showed a picture of a girl with very cohesive layers (granted i knew my hair wouldn’t look exactly the same because it was much shorter) but my hair ended up SO choppy and the layers were not blended at all. there was a very distinct top and bottom layer and it looked like there was a piece of my hair missing. at the end of my appointment i asked her to fix it a bit, so she did the left side and that looked a little... read more

Betsy one of the owners has been my go to stylist for a few years. I originally found her through her employees' grupon I used and didnt have the best service. She was new and im a little different I dont like a lot of the new fads im stuck in my wash and go curl style so I was not looking happy when she was done and Betsy could see it on my face so she took the initiative and asked me if I was happy with my cut.
