Purchasing a vehicle at House of Cars Empire was efficient and pleasant. Sam was honest with his assessment of the vehicle, respectful, and well mannered. He made sure we were completely satisfied and comfortable with our purchase. He was so conscientious, he refused to let me drive away with the vehicle prior to him topping off the gas. I had a great experience with Sam. I purchased a 2002 Mercedes clk 320 from him. I had been looking at a few options, and they all disappointed in comparison. Sam was confident about the shape of the car, so when I mentioned to get an inspection at a nearby shop, he didn’t blink an eye. His only concern was time bc I showed up at 1pm and they close at 3ish on Saturdays. Inspected the car, and it was in excellent condition.
