Outstanding service, very friendly and knowledgeable, professional and transparent, and very responsive.
I highly recommend House of Cars Empire. They sell great quality cars at a great price. Sam is very honest, professional, and considerate. It was my first time buying a car, and he handled all my questions and emotions with care and walked me through everything with full transparency. The open communication and support I felt throughout the whole process made for a very smooth car buying process. I love my new car, thank you Sam!
If i could give 10 stars i would!! Phenomenal experience. I purchased a vehicle out of state and these guys are the real deal. Sam was amazing, patient, and very professional. 10/10 communication! I recommend working with him, He gets you the best deal and treats you like family! Sam is the best!
We came in for a rav, I appreciated that Sam was upfront about the car's history and any prior damage. Had my mechanic check it out after and he also said everything looked good and aligned with the history. Thank you Sam!
OMG - Sam Rafi (the owner is AMAZING.. he cares SO MUCH about helping his customers!) I traded in my 2014 mini for a 2013 Prius. I had USAA pre- approval, which made it easier, but Sam was so kind and fun to get thru everything. But what was REALLY great .. I had a few questions a few days AFTER i bought the car. He helped me fix a couple very small issues (front license plate and a sunvisor), Sam made everything perfect. He is absolutely a man of his word. I feel very lucky to have purchased a car from him! I LOVE MY PRIUS!... read more
