Had the unfortunate experience of driving over an hour for a confirmed test drive appointment only to walk in on the car being sold, and confusion as to how I thought I had an appointment even though I used their official website and received a confirmation. Would have appreciated a call to cancel my appointment, or if they don’t honor their website appointments, remove the option to make them. Will continue my car search elsewhere!
