Lots of choices friendly staff
When we bought our carpet here in 2005 we were told that as long as we owned that carpet they would come and re-stretch the carpet. Unfortunately they told me today (2020) that they were bought out a year ago and would not honor that agreement. #1 they will never get my business again. #2 "WILL NOT HONOR...the agreement" - just be aware of that theme when considering doing business with House of Carpets in Modesto. Buyer beware :(
Amelia was my sales person. Very knowledgeable thorough and efficient. Always timely in her response and follow up. Accurate and responsible. The installation crew that was sent -Doug and team - were great. Detailed, communicative, precise. You could not even tell that they had set up there work area outside as at the end of each day is was as if they were never there. Of course you had material etc in the house as installation progressed. All and all a very positive experience.
