This feels more like a relaxing day at the spa, than a hair appointment. The customer service was impeccable! The owner did my hair, and I could not have been more happy. I got a silk press, and love how healthy my hair feels! A hidden gem in Boston. 12/10!
Extremely unprofessional.
I am an older female and trusted with a frontal in 2022 Octobert to be exact. There were a glue used and did question it at the time due to how it felt on my scalp even with the stocking cap that is suppose to protect the scalp, and was told that I needn't worry because they are "professionals" and would not be a problem or no affect on the scalp.
