This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Been calling on the status of my dress for weeks. They are unresponsive & when they do get back to you - all lies. Still no dress

Alterations lady was very nice, very forward but very nice.
They do not support gay marriages, had a hard time explaining I was the best woman at my best friends wesdig, super rude.
I would NEVER buy a dress here. Staff has NO idea what customer service is. I LOVE BLACK TIE FORMALWARE. They were beyond awesome!
